Cheap ass Tent!
Cheap ass tent, don't bother with a pop up or a six man tent, this cheap dome tent has space for two people and takes about five minutes to set up = More drinking time!
There even somewhat waterproof!
Don't spent more then £20+ on your Nylon home for 3 or 4 days!

Cosy sleeping Bag.
The humble sleeping bag, We suggest you spend a little more on this item, after all this is your bed for the week and waking up Freezing cold, damp and still drunk as F*ck is one to avoid.
Pro Tip: Don't bring a duvet and pillows from home, it soaks in the rain water and you will ruin them.

Wellies or Boots.
We all know how unpredictable English weather can be.. these are a must! Beautiful weather the forecast said, Tropical storms is what we got, simple take them.
Wellies or boots should only cost around £15+.
Try looking in Charity shops they will be slightly cheaper, just make sure they don't have holes in.

Simple Black Bin bags.
Bin bags are great at festivals not only a place to store all of your empty cans of cider, but also great to put clothes in to keep dry.
Also great to put over the top of your tent if any leaks spring or a DIY Poncho.

Your Shower for the weekend, or last resort toilet paper.

Cheap Beer or Cider.
Don't spend out on the Expensive stuff, get drunk for as cheap as you can. Bring the Alcohol with you! DON'T buy it there, unless you don't mind spending more then £5 for one pint.
Your not drinking because you want to relax, your drinking to get F*CKED!

Crappy festival Phone.
Don't take your expensive Phone buy a crappy festival phone, give your new number to everyone you are attending the festival with and save some home phone numbers in case of emergencies.
Last year i had a torch on my crappy festival phone, and it saved me from tripping over so many guide-ropes!

Camping Chair.
One of our main highlights from going to festivals is at the end of the night / early hours of the morning with a couple of bevys in our hands talking about life's simple problems or politics. Yes you could just sit on the floor and do this, but your going to up for a good couple of hours.
A Camping chair shouldn't cost you more then £10+ or you could borrow one just make sure you bring it back!

Travel
Travel can be very costly! Try travelling in a group and see if you can rent a mini buss for the weekend.
Book in advance as much as you can tickets on Trains or Coaches will be a lot cheaper.

Food glorious Food!
Although Festival food is amazing we suggest you make a quick stop to a well known German supermarket buy all your Tinned meals for the weekend this will save buying Hot food while your there.
Instant noodles are great and you can buy hot water from the vendors for about 50p.
last year we spent about £20+ in the supermarkets on food for the weekend, However we suggest you put a little money aside for a hot meal treat at the end of the day.
Total Spend on food £35ish
There are a lot of thing that you could buy extra to make your experience more comfortable.
This list comes to a grand total £141 and should last you the whole weekend!
There are so many organisation you could work for that would mean FREE entry into the Festival. Oxfam, Greenpeace, Foods stalls Stewarding, St Johns the list is endless.
The money isn't important. The time you spend with your friends and family and stories you create and take home is something you can't put a price on.
